Cancellation Policy
· No charge is applicable if cancellation is made before 45 days of guest’s arrival· Within 45-35 days of guest’s arrival 10% of the room rent shall be charged as cancellation charges.
· Within 35-20 days of guest’s arrival 50% of the room rent shall be charged as cancellation charges.
· Within 20 days of guests arrival 80% of the room rent shall be charged as cancellation charges.
· No show of the guests will be charged at 100% of the room rent as cancellation charge.
