Day 1
Arrive in Paro
After landing at Paro International airport you will be received by your guide and driver for your transfer to the capital city Thimphu. It takes about 1 hour to reach Thimphu, the drive will take the guests through serene mountain sights and it is a rather refreshing break. After getting to Thimphu, you will be directly taken to your hotel. After settling down and getting refreshments, the guide will take you around for sightseeing. Sights include Memorial Chorten, Buddha point, folk heritage museum, and overnight stay at Amankora Thimphu. Lying within the reach of capital’s Shops and sights and yet situated amidst the serene greenery of cypress trees, Aman lodge in Thimphu resembles a traditional Dzong (Fortress). The suites are open-plan wood-paneled and emit nothing but luxury and magnificence.

Day 2
Sightsee in Thimphu
After a sumptuous breakfast at the suite, you will embark on yet another thrilling series of sightseeing activities. You will be able to visit the 17th-century fortress called the Tashichoedzong up towards the northern side of the town. The fortress is now also the seat of the government which houses the office of the King of Bhutan. It also houses the monastic body of the capital. Next on the list are some of the capital’s cottage industries including the traditional paper making factory which are good for souvenirs and you will also visit the craft bazaar on Norzin Lam. You can also squeeze in some short hikes if you wish to. After an arduous attraction visiting session, you will be taken back to your room at Amankora for the night stay.

Day 3
Drive to Punakha
After an early breakfast, you will be driven towards Punakha. At about an hour's drive from Thimphu, you will stop at Dochula pass for a quick break and to enjoy the scenery from the pass. The pass is considered one of the most picturesque passes in Bhutan and is also one of the few motorable passes. The pass is also decorated with 108 whitewashed stupas. Descending another 1 and a half hours, the beautiful ancient village-like Punakha valley awaits your arrival. At Punakha, you will visit the mesmerizing Punakha Dzong. The valley of Punakha plays a significant role in the history of Bhutan. Much of the significant historical events that helped shape the country took place in the valley. Some of the other attractions include crossing the country’s longest suspension bridge. After sightseeing, you will be taken to your hotel, Amankora lodge for the night stay. The lodge at Punakha is set up at an old farmhouse; the dining room of the lodge extends to an outdoor deck with an Amazing View of the valley and rice fields.

Day 4
Drive to Phobjikha
The drive from Punakha will start early and on the way you will also visit the famous Fertility Temple located in the beautiful village of Sopsokha right before the junction in Lobesa. After returning from the Lhakhang you will drive towards Wangdi Phodrang from Lobesa which is in the opposite direction from the road that leads to Thimphu. Driving through Wangdi Phodrang and passing villages on the way. After driving for few hours you will enter Phobjikha valley. The beauty of the valley will exceed any anticipation. The endless meadows and the mountains and the tiny flowers dancing on the meadow hills are just wonderful.
Phobjikha valley is also known as the home of the black-necked cranes. These endangered birds fly to this valley during late fall through winter all the way from Tibet and fly back in spring. Phobjikha valley in itself is an amazing attraction and it also offers opportunities like hiking on moderate nature trails and exploring the valley and its beauty. You can also visit the Gangtey monastery.
After exploring around and visiting sites you will be taken to Amankora Gangtay for the night stay.

Day 5
Drive to Paro
You will drive to Paro and will be taken for sightseeing in Paro. In Paro, you will visit the Popular Paro Rinpung Dzong. The Dzong was built as a defense fort to protect the valley from the invaders. You will also visit the Paro national museum just above the Paro Dzong. The structure was built as a watchtower which now serves as a national museum flaunting ancient artifacts. You can also do some last-minute souvenir shopping in Paro town as the town is filled with handicraft shops and souvenir shops. After sightseeing, you will be taken to your hotel at Amankora for the night stay. The Aman lodge at Paro is located at a 30 mins drive from the Paro international airport. It is the gateway to all its partner lodges in Bhutan. The dining room features an external terrace overlooking a small stream and extends to snow-covered Jomolhari peak and ruins of an ancient Dzong (fort)

Day 6
Hike to Paro Taktshang
On the last day, you will hike to the Tiger’s Nest monastery. The hike takes about 4 hours taking you through serene landscapes. The monastery is located at an elevation of 3000 ft above Paro valley. Once at the top you can enjoy a panoramic view of the beautiful valley below.
After the hike, you can either choose to stroll around Paro town, or can either choose to relax at the luxurious lodge, concluding the day with a rejuvenating spa therapy.

Payment Terms
- The approval of tourists VISA is contingent on the full payment of the tour
- Flight ticket payment is subject to the Ticketing Time Limit issued by the airlines
Tour Cancellation and Refund Policy
- 30 to 15 days prior to arrival - 20% of the total tour cost will be levied as cancellation fee
- 14 to 7 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost will be levied as cancellation fee
- Less than a week prior to arrival - 100% cancellation charge will be levied as cancellation fee

Rescheduling Tour Dates:
- There are no charges for rescheduling your trip. However the minimum daily tariff, hotel rates, airline charges are subject to change depending on your new travelling dates.
